Event Kit Trailer

 

Sponsored by the City of Kamloops and PacificSport - Interior, the Event Kit Trailer makes event planning within the City of Kamloops convenient by providing a variety of event equipment to local organizers.  The nominal fee of $150 per 3-day event is used to replace and repair items in the Kit when required, ensuring this service is available to the community for long into the future!

The rate for an event 4 days or more in duration will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The Event Kit includes:

• Inflatable Archway (archway, fan, stakes, tethers, extension cords)
• Sound System (stand, system, cables)
• Generator & Gas Can
• Time Clock (button mech/cables)
• 10 x 10 Tents (2) 
• Safety Vests
• 5 Radios
• 4 "Race in Progress" Signs
• 3 "Stop/Slow" Signs
• 10 Clipboards
• Rope & Bungee Cords
• 2 Stop Watches
• 3 First Aid Kits
• Tool Kit
• Variety of "No Parking" Signs
• 10 Pylons
