The entire site is 135 hectares, with 40 hectares being dedicated to slo-pitch facilities.
The Kamloops Rugby Club is also re-locating to the TCR, and will practise and host games on 2 international standards field, measuring 140 m X 70 m.

Norbrock Stadium could be described as being a game-winning grand slam in the bottom of the ninth. Conveniently located on the picturesque McArthur Island with trees and rolling hills as backdrops, players, personnel and fans will instantly fall in love with the postcard setting and the attention to creating the best baseball experience in a mid-sized market.
The 60-foot long covered dugouts boast ample room for players and equipment. Each dugout also has a door connecting to a spacious change room. There are four change rooms in total and a change space for umpires.
Natural grass graces the infield around the pitcher's mound, the outfield, and the two bullpens. Cinder-coloured dirt accents home plate, the base paths and a full warning track.
Fielders and hitters will form a love-hate relationship with the ivy-adorned outfield fences measuring 12 feet high. The outfield fence line starts at 320 feet along the foul lines before sharply climbing to 400 feet at straightaway centre.
Lighting for evening play further enhances the baseball experience.
A public address system is available and the use of an electronic scoreboard located outside the fence in right field.
Seating numbers 1,500, with 1,000 of that behind home plate in the covered grandstand. There are an additional two uncovered bleachers above the dugouts — one along the first baseline and the other the third baseline, that can accommodate 250 spectators each.
Norbrock Stadium is equipped with public washrooms and a drinking-water fountain on the main level, an enclosed concession area, and is wheelchair accessible.
Steps from the entrance are 200 no-charge parking stalls and room enough for buses to pull-through. Additional free parking is located throughout McArthur Island.

Exhibition Park is a multi-sport complex where fastball, soccer, and tennis can all be enjoyed.
Two tennis courts, one soccer field, and four regulation fastball diamonds make up Exhibition Park with the twin-stadium fastball diamonds of Charles Anderson Stadium being the centerpiece.
In recent years, Charles Anderson Stadium has been host to male and female championships of nearly every caliber and age level.
Players and spectators often feel a nostalgic ballpark experience whether they are on the stadium's east or west diamond. Helping generate those feelings is the ivy-covered fencing, lights for evening play, tiered bleacher seating on each diamond and the tip-top shape of the infield and outfield. The stadium is wheelchair accessible.
A full kitchen concession is available with washrooms next to the concession.
Charles Anderson offers change rooms for two teams, space for officials and spacious covered dugouts. Field dimensions conform to Softball Canada Standards.
Connecting the two diamonds is a second floor observation area where scorekeepers, announcers, and media can simultaneously observe the goings-on on both diamonds. Two more fastball diamonds are located adjacent to the Charles Anderson east diamond.
The north-south facing tennis courts are asphalt with plexi-pave surface, fenced, and lit for evening use. Change rooms are located across the street in the public washroom next to the Kamloops Yacht Club. Parking is available on site, on River Street or in City-maintained gravel lot across the road.
Exhibition Park is in a great location close to downtown with well maintained ball fields, tennis courts, a soccer pitch and plenty of free parking. View Map. Charles Anderson Stadium at Exhibition Park Facility Details:
