The Tournament Capital Program is one of the top goals in City of Kamloops’s Strategic Plan. The City has built its vision and dream around Canadian Sport Policy and by embracing these goals, Kamloops is realizing the results of increased participation, economic generation of Sport Tourism, first class facilities. Kamloops is also benefiting from an active and healthier community.
Sport organizations and individual athletes are also benefitting through support for sport development and performance. We offer this support in a number of ways including workshops, grants and funding, the Sports Council, PacificSport, and more. Our expertise is abundant and can be found through through local sport organizations and individuals such as coaches and officials.
